Photography by JMK - "The Naboo Swamp"

We've added a product to our shop - photographs by my son Jake. A great gift idea for your Star Wars and/or Lego fan. First we have "The Naboo Swamp." Naboo is a fictitious planet in the fictional Star Wars universe with a mostly green terrain and which is the homeworld of two societies: the Gungans who dwell in underwater cities and the humans who live in colonies on the surface. The main city and capital of Naboo is Theed.
Naboo is the home planet of Padmé Amidala and Jar Jar Binks, as well as Senator (later Chancellor and then Emperor) Palpatine. In Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, it was the site of a blockade by the Trade Federation and the Battle of Naboo between the Federation and the native inhabitants.
From Star Wars Episode I – The Naboo Swamp featuring Jar-Jar Binks, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn. Jake’s Naboo is actually the woods in the backyard of his grandparents home in Wisconsin.

Please visit our shop, click on zoom to get a better look at his pictures. - Thanks, mom

Friday Favorites from the Dark Side

"I find your lack of Lego jewelry disturbing..."

For those who can resist the Force of the Dark Side, this Etsy seller offers much more! My mom and I love this Etsy shop. Mostly because I like Legos, but my mom has order jewelry from him. Here a little bit about this seller, taken off his website: Gr0glmann Designs was created in July 2008 after experimenting with some LEGOs I've had since childhood, and some jewelry findings. They were a hit with family and friends, so I decided to take them online for others to enjoy. They became an instant hit, so I went to work creating more pieces. I introduced cufflinks and they also took off, given that they are coming back into style. I go to California University of Pennsylvania for Computer Engineering, and put all profits from Gr0glmann Designs towards my college tuition. Thank you for your support! --posted by Jake

Friday Favorites

These Retro LEGO® 2x2 Brick charms will bring back some childhood nostalgia! Use them for anything from cell charms, purse or bookbag charms, and zipper pulls. As you can see, there are many colors to choose from!
My mom and I love this shop! My mom wears their Lego earrings to school events, and for Halloween she wore the Catwoman Lego necklace. I was thinking these charms could be used with your Tamagotchis too. I LOVE Legos, so please check out this shop at www.Gr0glmann.etsy.com. - by Jake
