The "Throw Up" Kitty Creamer

The famous "throw up" kitty in our family. Almost all of the siblings has one I believe. When we grew up we only had hot cereal for breakfast, like oatmeal or Malt 'O Meal, etc. (One of my sisters and I didn't know about cold cereal until we started school). Milk went in the kitty cream pitcher and we'd pretend the kitty was throwing up on our cereal ! Obviously we were easily amused -- but so are our own kids!

This one can be found at See Dolly Run at Etsy for $32, a very good price, and what a great way to make breakfast a fun time for your kids - my nieces are loving their throw up kitty joining them for breakfast with oatmeal.

Vintage Cat Creamer made in the USA by Shawnee Pottery on the bottom is stamped Puss'n Boots.

Because I'm a HUGE Nancy Drew fan, I must point out that she also has two vintage Nancy Drew books in her shop. Personally I'm glad I grew up with Nancy Drew and not the Twilight type books that are popular now - now sure why.

A boy and his tabby

Hi - Emily, the adorable tabby here!

My mom changed our blog heading which is a picture of Jake, our Lego designer drawing pictures of me when I was a kitten, and he was a preschooler.

I'm so adorable...don't you think so?!

Isn't This Lovely?

My mom forgot to post this earlier, but here is a Valentine my brother made in school and gave to me. Isn't this lovely?! Every year my mom helps at school with the Valentine Party (she's a room mom.) I'd love to go, but they don't allow cats, athough when I was a baby kitten my brother was allowed to bring me to preschool to show me off to his friends. -XOXO, Emily

Friday Favorites

Happy Friday! Emily here with my Friday favorite. Have you ever seen anything so adorable. What a great cake topper or keepsake--they also have alternatives to greeting cards--mini theatres!

Looking for something a little bit different, a little unusual and original! What better way of celebrating a special occasion then with a little Paper Circus. They have been designed, illustrated and hand cut by and even spin round by turning the little flag on the top of each one. Text can be easily added to the flag on the top of the circus so they can be personalized for that special someone! This one features dancing cat (of course), but they have dancing dogs, bunnies and more.

Friday Favorites

Happy birthday, dear kitty. You get a bundle of three catnip filled cupcakes filled with organic catnip and poly-fil and wrapped with a pretty bow.

How cute are these for your favorite cat. I was so excited when I found these. My mom loves them too; because they are made with one of her favorite fabrics. Please find this adorable cat toy at this Etsy shop - just click on the title to get there. - by Emily
